Remedies

Terms of Use

Effective date: 16 August 2026 Last updated: 26 September 2026

1. General

Remedies (the “App”) is an iPhone application for recording the medicines kept in a household: the medicines held, remaining quantities, expiry dates and dosing schedules. The App is developed by Ivan Davydov, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia (the “Developer”).

By using the App you accept these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not accept them, do not use the App and delete it.

The App is licensed to you, not sold.

2. Limitations of the App

The limitations set out in this Section are also presented in the App, where they must be acknowledged before the App can be used.

3. User content

You retain all rights in the content you enter into the App. That content is stored on your device and is not transmitted to the Developer; the Developer claims no licence over it and has no means of exercising one. You are responsible for the content you enter and for checking it against the physical packaging.

4. Remedies Plus

Certain features are available only as part of a paid upgrade, Remedies Plus.

5. Acceptable use

You must not decompile, resell or redistribute the App, use it for any unlawful purpose, or represent it as a medical device or as a source of medical advice.

6. Availability

The App operates entirely on the user’s device and does not depend on any service operated by the Developer. The Developer may cease to publish updates, and future versions of iOS may not support the App. Data remains on the device and can be exported at any time (Settings → Data).

7. Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your own country, and nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Liability

Subject to Section 7, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on the App for a health decision, which Section 2 advises against.

9. Termination

These Terms terminate when you delete the App.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of Georgia.

11. Apple

Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no responsibility for the App. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the App; Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Any claim relating to the App is the responsibility of the Developer, not Apple. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

12. Changes to these Terms

The Developer may amend these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this document shows when they were last amended.
